INSTRUCTIONS

01. Before use ,please check whether the massage instrument can be started . If it cannot be started , please charge the massage instrument with the attached charging cable before use.

02. Separate the adhesive parts of the massage instrument Velcro, so that the product is fully unfolded.

03. Bind the massage instrument to the lower limbs and legs . The correct wearing direction is that the host button is upward , the digital screen is downward , and the appropriate degree of tightness is adjusted.

Note :the product can be used across clothes.

04. After long pressing the power key to start , the default gear is 0 .The product enters the mode of light air pressure massage + low-grade hot compress The corresponding function display lights on the digital screen of the host will be on ,and the green light on the screen will be on Is timed for 15 minutes.

05. In the start-up state , press the open key gently to switch functions and modes . Press the open key to switch massage modes ( Soothe relax, Knead active and Lift massage ) . Three massage modes can be selected.

06. After startup , the default setting time is 15 minutes . When the time is up , all loads will be turned off and enter the stop state.
